YORBA LINDA, Calif. (Jan. 22, 2020) — Sixteen-time NHRA Mello Drag Racing Series Funny Car world champion John Force is headed to Pittsburgh, Pa. this Saturday, Jan. 25th for a special appearance at MaxMOTIVE World of Wheels taking place at the David Lawrence Convention Center.

Force, who powered his way to a historic 151st career win and bucket list victory at the U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis, Ind. during the 2019 NHRA season, will be meeting fans for a special Q&A and autograph session from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on the Celebrity Stage.

“I’m excited to get to World of Wheels this weekend. It’s a big car show with lots of custom cars and big car people, and racing fans, so I’m looking forward to being there,” said Force, owner and CEO of John Force Racing. “We race in Reading, just a few hours outside of Pittsburgh, at Maple Grove Raceway, so it would be great to see some of those fans out there and meet some new ones.”

World of Wheels, America’s premier custom show car series, will showcase the finest of hot rods, customs, trucks and motorcycles with special celebrity appearances and events throughout the weekend.

“Being able to go to this event before the season starts really gets me excited for the season. I love being around the fans, we couldn’t do what we do without them, so I have to thank World of Wheels for having me on Saturday. I’m looking forward to it and to the 2020 NHRA season,” said Force.
